Bobby was born in West Texas and graduated high school in New Mexico. After enlisting in the National Guard, he attended TSTC Marshall to study air-conditioning. He founded Hix Sheet Metal in 2007, where they specialize in building and installing HVAC ductwork.

Alongside his business partner, Bobby also dove into building and remodeling homes. He focuses on transforming properties into dream homes, handling everything from initial design and structural modifications to finishing touches and interior design. His projects range from updating existing spaces to complete home renovations, ensuring each home reflects both functionality and style. In addition to running his businesses, Bobby & his wife have raised three children who are now young adults.

In 2024, Bobby returned to Kilgore College to study real estate knowing this certification would further his home building business and expand his overall knowledge of the industry.

In his free time, Bobby enjoys hunting and fishing which are his passion.
